Named after his family’s nickname, this white blend reflects the values and influence of that special place through a pure expression of fruit.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCrafted from a blend of Arinto, Fernão Pires, Vital, Viosinho, and Alvarinho, this wine underwent spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with only indigenous yeasts. To preserve the integrity of the vintage, no oenological products were added, and only a very small amount of sulfites was used. Following a short aging period in stainless steel, the wine was bottled in June 2025 without fining and with only a light filtration.
