We will have a discussion with Gabriel Lourenço Silva, a sommelier and co-founder of EVINEO—a company known for its focus on low-intervention Portuguese wines—and Jeremias Loock, from The Other Bottle, a shop that features non-alcoholic wine, beer, cider and spirits.
They will guide us through a curated selection of unique zero-alcohol beverages, including dealcoholized wines, zero-alcohol proxies, and nonalcoholic (NA) and low-alcohol (low-alc) cocktails.
