Orders and Payments
After order confirmation at theLAB, an email will be sent to the contact address registered by the customer at the time of formalization, with all details about delivery, billing, payment information, products and values. theLAB suggests to all customers confirm their details. If the customer does not receive the order confirmation email, they are asked to contact theLAB (contact@thelabporto.com) so that this notification is sent again to the customer’s email address.
If any of the details placed by the customer in the order are wrong and/or the customer wants to change any information, as long as the order has not yet been shipped, the customer is asked to contact us via contact@thelabporto.com, as soon as possible so that the change requested by the customer is made internally. Changes to the details of orders already shipped will have to be analyzed by theLAB so that, together with the customer, a more suitable solution can be found.
The customer is requested to mention at least one telephone contact when registering the account for the purpose of delivery when sending the goods. If the customer does not provide such contact and the delivery of the order does not take place due to failure to communicate with the customer due to the lack of said telephone contact, the merchandise will return to theLAB warehouse, where it will be retained until further contact with the customer and after analysis by theLAB, resent with the addition of new shipping costs, if applicable.
All orders at theLAB will only be processed after the payment is received, constituting the confirmation date. The formalization of the order itself does not constitute a reservation of the products.
All orders placed at theLAB have a maximum payment period of 15 days. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Orders may be canceled when expressly requested by the customer through one of the following contacts, before orders’s dispatch. After confirming the dispatch, the customer is asked to contact theLAB so that, together with it, the most appropriate solution can be found.
theLAB is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages. Customers are responsible for seizing the respective orders and paying any customs fees. In case of a return of products, theLAB will refund only the respective amount for these same products. Portugal Continental
Shipments to mainland Portugal take 2-3 business days.
International shipping
The sizes of each order are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Prices are generally grouped according to a 750ml bottle of wine (1-3 bottles, 4-6 bottles, 7-12 bottles, 13-18 bottles, 19-24 bottles, 25-30 bottles)
The number of bottles may be limited based on the destination country.
Shipments take 7-10 business days to arrive, but they may take longer if the order takes longer to clear the destination country's customs.

Payment
theLAB accepts payments using bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards.
