We can arrange a presentation-style seating layout without tables for larger groups, allowing for increased capacity. And for cocktail-style gatherings, where standing is preferred, our space can comfortably hold approximately 40 guests. Whatever your needs, we can adapt our space to create the perfect atmosphere for your event.

Beyond simply renting our space, theLAB also offers the opportunity to partner with us to create engaging and informative events. Our team has expertise in various topics related to our products, from an introduction to Portuguese wine and olive oil to in-depth discussions about other unique items in our shop. We can work with you to design a custom event, or you can choose from our existing offerings. This is a fantastic way to add an educational and enriching element to your gathering, providing your guests with a memorable and insightful experience.

At theLAB, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing. Our rental rates are based on the number of attendees, making it easy to budget for your event. For groups of five, the rental fee is 25€, which includes a complimentary bottle of wine from our curated selection of six. Groups of ten are 50€, and so on, in increments of 25€. This price includes all attendees' access to a projector, whiteboard, and water. We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. As an added bonus, all attendees will receive a 10% discount on all items in our shop that day, whether for enjoying during the event or taking home. For those interested in incorporating catering into their event, we offer a range of food options and pricing. We are also happy to create a customized menu to suit your needs.
