Join us September 25, from 18h30 to 20h for a journey through Portugal's vibrant craft beer scene! theLAB Porto is thrilled to host a tasting event in collaboration with Beerfreaks and focus on the diverse and delicious world of Portuguese brews.
Your guide for the evening is David Pais from Beerfreaks. David has been at the forefront of the Portuguese craft beer movement for over a decade. He started by pouring and drinking beers as the scene developed at Catraio Craft Beer Bar, and now, as part of the team at Beerfreaks, he helps other businesses get great craft beer into the hands of consumers. He'll guide you through a curated selection of Portuguese beers, highlighting brands and styles nationwide.
We will be posting the exact beers that will be served shortly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the brewing process, the unique characteristics of local hops and malts, and the stories behind some of the country's most exciting breweries. The session will conclude with an interactive Q&A, where you can ask Mike and David all your questions about Portuguese craft beer.
