Maynard's LBV Organic Port is a Late Bottled Vintage Port wine produced in Portugal's Douro region using traditional methods. The grapes are trodden in granite "lagares" and the wine is aged for 4 years in large oak wood vats before being bottled, similar to the process for Vintage Port.

The wine is a blend of the Tinta Barroca and Touriga Franca grape varieties, which impart a velvety texture and juicy, sweet tannins. On the nose, Maynard's LBV Organic presents delicate aromas of ripe black fruits, such as plums and cherries, wrapped in balsamic notes, vanilla, and hints of cloves.

The wine is bottled without any prior treatment, allowing it to develop a concentrated and elegant character. Maynard's LBV Organic is a full-bodied, vigorous, and fruity wine with complex flavors and an intense, attractive bouquet.

To enjoy Maynard's LBV Organic at its best, it should be served at a temperature of 15-16°C and can be stored in a cool, dark place (12-14°C) in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. This organic Port wine pairs perfectly with desserts, cheeses, or as a digestif.
