This orange wine, also known as a skin-contact white, is a field blend of multiple grape varieties macerated together to extract color and tannins from the skins. This process allows for greater extraction of phenolic compounds, resulting in a wine with a distinct orange hue and a complex flavor profile.

Following the maceration, the wine is pressed and aged in a combination of vessels, such as chestnut barrels and clay tinajas. This aging process further develops the wine's complexity and helps to integrate the flavors and tannins.
