Chinado's Palheto wine uniquely expresses the Lisbon region's viticultural heritage. This Palhete-style wine, a blend of white and red grapes, originates from a single plot boasting vines aged over 80 years. The vineyard comprises a diverse array of more than 30 grape varieties, with white grapes such as Fernão Pires, Vital, Malvasia-Rei, and Bical constituting 70% of the blend, while red grapes like Baga and Castelão make up the remaining 30%. The entire winemaking process, including fermentation and aging, occurs within a single 500-liter used French oak barrel.
