The Terras de Tavares Reserva Tinto 2003 is a low-intervention wine crafted from 35-year-old estate vines in the Penalva do Castelo region. It is a blend of 60% Jaen and 40% Touriga Nacional grapes, grown in clay-granite soil during a humid year. The winemaking process involves a one-week maceration, followed by 6 months of aging in stainless steel and additional maturation in 400-liter barrels.
