A sparkling wine from the Dão region, crafted with a commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture. The blend consists of Encruzado and Malvasia Fina, two indigenous white grape varieties that contribute to the wine’s complexity and freshness. The vineyards are cultivated using sustainable practices, ensuring minimal intervention and respect for the natural ecosystem. The grapes are harvested manually to preserve their integrity and optimal ripeness. The winemaking process follows the traditional method, with secondary fermentation occurring in the bottle to develop fine bubbles and enhance texture. The wine is aged for several months to refine its structure and balance.

Julia Kemper Bruto Nature Espumante presents a vibrant citrine color with delicate golden reflections. The aromatic profile is layered with notes of white stone fruit, subtle pineapple, wet stone, and a hint of brioche, reflecting its time on lees. On the palate, the wine is elegant and precise, with a fine and persistent mousse that enhances its freshness. The acidity is well-balanced, providing a crisp and lively sensation, while the finish is long and mineral-driven. This sparkling wine exemplifies Julia Kemper’s dedication to crafting expressive and terroir-driven wines that honor the traditions of the Dão region.
