Quinta do Infantado - N/V - Reserva Ruby Bio

Crafted from a blend of Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Barroca grapes, this Ruby Port boasts a classic style. Fermentation occurs with partially destemmed grapes before fortification with organic grape spirit. Uniquely, the wine undergoes an "internship" in an ancient cask (kite) over 100 years old, imparting complexity. The result is a full-bodied wine with a captivating ruby color and aromas of ripe fruit. Well-balanced with a good structure, it offers a harmonious and lingering aftertaste.
