Crafted with minimal intervention, this white wine highlights the Rabigato Branco grape from Portugal's Cima-Corgo region. Sourced from hand-picked 20 year old vines at 600 meters above sea level, the grapes are pressed whole cluster. Temperature-controlled fermentation in tanks is followed by a 6-month aging period on the lees, infusing the wine with depth and complexity.
