This unique white wine is a hand-picked blend of over 15 Douro native grapes, primarily Gouveio, Viosinho, and Rabigato, from 70-year-old vines. After a cold soak to enhance flavor, the grapes are fermented in a combination of new and used French and chestnut oak barrels, with minimal intervention (no added SO2). The wine ages on its lees for 12 months, resulting in a complex and expressive final product.
