This limited-production rosé (only 1200 bottles made) uses Loureiro grapes. After partial destemming and direct pressing, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks with whole red grapes for color and depth. The wine macerates for 3 months before pressing and bottling young, capturing its vibrant fruit character.
